Job Description:

Ember Valley seeks Regional Account Managers throughout California. Our Account Managers will be apart of an emerging Cannabis brand that will be going to market in early 2019. We are looking for hungry, motivated, self-starters that share the same vision of excellence and team-oriented efforts. Our sales team will be comprised of highly professional and driven experts that are quota-driven and have a history of accelerated success with clients and order volume. Candidates with experience in the cannabis industry is a plus, but those with strong sales backgrounds will be considered as well. The Brand: We are an ultra-premium cultivation group based out of Northern California, specializing in growing unrivaled craft cannabis at scale. We will be entering the market with pre-packaged, indoor-cultivated flower, and will have product line extensions throughout the year. Key Responsibilities Include: Opening a minimum of 5 accounts per week in designated areas. This requires a strong personality and tenacity to push through. Weekly shop visits to signed accounts. Sales processing and daily CRM logging. Weekly reporting to Sales Director. Routine Patient Appreciation Days at key accounts throughout the week. Ability to maintain and develop long-lasting relationships. Must be willing to travel up to 70%, must have own transportation method. Deliver products as needed. Collaborate with management on regular basis. Education and Experience Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience. Knowledge of cannabis products and industry. Bachelor's Degree or higher.
