Assistant Grower Position

Rockwell Farms has career opportunities available in our Growing Department. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with irrigation, fertilization, application of pesticides and fungicides and general crop maintenance.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to growing and maintaining the highest crop quality possible.
• Assist supervising Section Grower with general upkeep of assigned section.

Rockwell Farms is a commercial greenhouse company founded in 1979. With 36 acres of environmentally controlled greenhouses, we are recognized by Greenhouse Grower Magazine as a Top 100 Grower in the United States

This is an entry level position with opportunities for promotion and internal career advancement. A high school diploma is required, and some college is preferred. Starting wage is $13 - $15 per hour. Advancement opportunities within 3-5 years offer an annual salary range of $35,000 - $50,000.
