The Center for Economic Inclusion is a cross-sector organization committed to
strengthening the Minneapolis- St. Paul regions civic infrastructure and collective
capacity to disrupt systems and influence market forces to catalyze shared
prosperity and advance an inclusive economy. We are dedicated to advancing

POSITION SUMMARY
Ultimately, the Associate Director’s goal is to close regional and place-based
employment and wage gaps by building stronger pipelines for talent attraction from
under-recruited communities. The Associate Director of Employer Cultivation is
responsible for helping to achieve racial equity in employment, income and wealth
by building a brand for strong talent attraction among a network of nurtured
employer relationships with senior level executives and human resources leaders.
The Associate Director will leverage those relationships with private and public
Sector employers to build referral connections with employment service providers,
educators and training providers serving unemployed individuals and low income
communities of color.
