Experience in the cannabis industry is NOT required for cannabis consultants, (although a plus)--just a proven background in customer service. Candidates without hands-on industry experience will receive on-the-job training as a front desk greeter and then step into the consultant role. Each applicant should meet these basic requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail, hospitality, lodging or front-line customer service
• Must be 21 or over (California state law)
• High school diploma or GED
• Background in operating computerized point of sale systems
• Basic typing and personal computing skills
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights and weekends
• Past experience working in a dispensary or other aspect of the industry is a bonus
