Position Overview:
The Cultivation Aide provides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This an entry level position in an indoor cultivation facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Cultivator and Cultivator Technician with daily duties;
- Carry out daily cannabis cultivation duties in accordance with SOPs;
- Perform all duties in an indoor cultivation facility;
- Ability to take direction and communicate effectively;
- Complete assigned tasks and projects in accordance with Cultivation policies;
- Function as a supporting cultivation team member or independently;
- Properly document plant inspections, equipment checks and cleaning lists;
- Safe handling, use and cleaning of all cultivation tools;
- Provide assistance with equipment maintenance;
- Disinfect Cultivation rooms and irrigation equipment;
- Ensure all department assigned objectives and deadlines are met;
- Perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions for long periods;
- Abide by and enforce department safety programs;
- Adhere to all company and Nevada state policies in an ethical manner;
- Performs other duties as may be required from time to time including: aiding other departments and light general facility maintenance.
Required Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Previous cultivation experience: 6 months;
- Must demonstrate basic understanding of marijuana cultivation processes;
- Combination of experience and education considered.
Additional Requirements:
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age;
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check;
- Must be eligible to register for a Nevada Marijuana Establishment Agent Card;
- Physical Demands: Arduous labor including, lifting, carrying and balancing of 125lbs, walking and standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/ or crouching.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience and knowledge of cultivation tools and methods used for Cannabis;
- Previous agriculture, warehouse, greenhouse, manufacturing, laborer experience.
