Scope:
Cultivation Technicians are responsible for the packaging, trimming and post-harvest responsibilities in our facility. This fulltime entry-level position will be expected to meet daily and weekly harvesting quotas in both the trim and packaging rooms.
Responsibilities:
Trimming, weighing, and packaging product for sale
Making pre-roll products and packaging for sale
Labeling and bar-coding product for sale
Accurately counting and batching product
Other duties as related to this position
Requirements
Strong work ethic with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Proven ability to maintain consistency in a fast-paced production environment.
High attention to detail.
Must be able to stand for at least four hours at a time and work with your hands repetitively.
Must possess a can-do attitude and be able to work with a team or individually.
Must be able to obtain required licensing at time of hire and submit personal information for licensing and fingerprinting.
Ability to lift 25 lbs or more.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
