Duties/Responsibilities
Lead and manage registered medical marijuana dispensary while ensuring exemplary customer service/satisfaction
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to Revolutionary Clinics’ SOPs at all times
- Strive to successfully meet financial goals and objectives
- Build, lead and manage a team to be the best in the industry!
- Hold responsibility for day-to-day dispensary operations, overall building appearance, cleanliness, comfort, functionality, safety, security and patient experience
- Apply working knowledge of business processes, system development, POS and cash reconciliation/management to achieve goals on time within budget
- Educate and share knowledge of product strains, products, benefits of medical cannabis with patients, caregivers, staff and the community
- Participate in community and cannabis-related events as needed
Preferred Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years retail management experience
- Retail cannabis experience desired
- Strong retail, business, organizational, prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player with a can-do attitude
Other
- Must be 21 years of age or over
- Must consent to CORI, background and social media check
- Possess the ability to successfully obtain an RMD Agent Registration Card
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
