We are currently seeking Production Trainees for one of our Los Angeles locations. Our ideal candidate has strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit including a no task is too big or too small attitude.
Gain experience in understanding cultural practices in container plant production which includes cloning, transplanting, pruning, space utilization, work prioritization, personnel management and allocation. Identify soil mixes, fertilizing liquids and solids, trials – fertilizers, PGR’s. Gain practical experience with irrigation systems and water requirements through trails involving irrigation upgrades, program irrigation clocks and special projects. Expect some light construction and equipment repairs, inventory control of equipment, plant materials, supplies, and chemicals.
