Experience in the cannabis industry is NOT required for retail supervisors--just a proven background in customer service, team leadership and cash handling practices.
Retail supervisors lead a team of 6-10 associates on an 8-hour shift with high-volume customer traffic and daily in-store product demonstrations by vendor/partners. Basic requirements include:
Harvest attracts team leaders with dynamic communication skills, a positive “can-do” attitude and a deep passion for helping others. Completion of a training program at a prominent retail, grocery, restaurant or hotel brand is an ideal complement to this role so please highlight any experiences in your application.
