Representative Job Duties:

  • Services’ existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
  • Focuses sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential volume of account.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Monitors and maintains Social-Media brand awareness within territory. Provides regular updates to management.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Achieves/Exceeds sales goals
  • Travel is required, including client meetings and special events. Must possess ability to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Existing relationships with accounts a plus
  • Dispensary sales, B2B or Pharmaceutical sales experience
  • MUST be 21 years or older and have NO past felonies.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Commission-based sales experience candidates preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Successful sales proven background, cannabis experience a plus but not required.
  • Must use consultative reasoning to identify account strengths, opportunities, or alternative solutions, conclusions to problems.
  • Must have strong negotiating skills in order to reach a beneficial outcome.
  • Must be service oriented in order to seek ways to help potential clients.
  • Patient Centric approach with clients.
  • Work with the management team staying updated on product knowledge, market dynamics, and any changes in company policies.
