VRX Labs is a startup business with offices in Long Beach, CA, and Willits, CA. Our business is offering safety testing of cannabis and cannabis related products, complying with the rules and regulations set forth by the Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC) in the state of California.

(b) The laboratory shall employ a sampler who, at minimum, must have either:
(1) Completed 2 years college or university education [VRX Labs also requires the individual to have laboratory experience (you likely won’t find someone with sample prep experience for this position)as part of a course or in industry]
OR
(2) Earned a High School Diploma or passed a General Educational Development or High School Equivalency exam, plus at least 1 year of full-time practical experience. [VRX Labs requires the practical experience to be in a lab setting, whether in pharmaceuticals, agriculture / horticulture, or environmental sciences].
VRX Requirement for Samplers:
1. Clean cut professional appearance.
2. Clean Driving Record. No accidents or speeding tickets in the last 18 months;
3. Ability to drive 2 – 3 hours per day;
4. Ability to be on your feet for 5-6 hours per day;
5. Ability to lift and manipulate batches of product for sampling that weigh 40-50 lbs.
Sampler is at $35k-40k per year plus bonus based on overall samples tested, limited retest or deviations following lab procedures, and safety of the lab over a calendar quarter. We encourage a team approach to performance.
