for our Northampton, MA dispensary

The NETA Northampton dispensary is a high volume location. Our Security Specialists are the first point of contact for our patients so it's very important that you enjoy interacting with people and are friendly and outgoing. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patients and staff.
You must be available to work weekends.
Available Shift: Saturday and Sundays - Two 8 hour weekend shifts

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 21 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in security or related discipline preferred
- Previous experience in loss prevention and/or safety preferred
- Close attention to detail
- Strong customer service and computer skills
- Ability to be flexible with varying work hours based on business needs
Physical capability: Indoor and external building environments. Requires the ability to stand/sit for prolonged periods of time, and consistent attention to detail for 10 hours per day. Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted and up to 50 lbs. assisted.
