Position Summary
Responsible for setting the example of an “ideal” team member. Assisting the store management team with store operations, interacting with customers to solve issues, assisting in the sales process, ensuring outstanding customer experience. Working with store management team to plan and execute on development and business plans. This role is a developmental opportunity in preparation for a management position.

Own the sales floor with the store management team
Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, answer customer inquiries. Set the ideal example of an exceptional team member

Must be 21+
High school or equivalent
Must be able to work a variety of hours including mornings, nights, and weekends

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs. occasionally without assistance.
Frequent walking, talking, hearing, use of hands; standing for extended periods of time, occasional sitting, reaching with hands and arms, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending and crouching.
The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud.
