This 3PL provider specializes in providing Warehousing, Distribution, and Transportation. This role will bring increased expertise and functionality to the company, partnering with internal and external customers as we manage and improve our transitional processes. This position will primarily work in a warehouse environment.
SUMMARY: Manages the safe, efficient, and timely flow and warehousing of goods; actively implements and controls the overall distribution concept and strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Monitors and controls the order process, ensuring efficient and adequate flow of goods.</li>
<li>Develops, implements, and maintains processes to reduce costs and increase customer service.</li>
<li>Coordinates activities of departments to deliver efficient material movement to drive costs/inventory investment down while improving accuracy and response time to customers.</li>
<li>Manages the supply chain at the plant level, interfacing with vendors, third-party providers, and the materials/supply chain system.</li>

<li>Works closely with plant warehouse, packaging, and procurement operations; provides necessary product quantities, correct orders, and on-time deliveries through proper daily production scheduling of packaging and processing materials.</li>
<li>Reviews and participates in the scheduling of production operations to ensure support of customer requirements.</li>

We are a dynamic Colorado-based hemp company looking for someone who has experience as both a social media specialist and an affiliate manager to support the growth of our on-line sales. This person will be splitting their time evenly between social media and affiliate management responsibilities.
As a Social Media Specialist, this position’s goal is to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. This social media specialist should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. Bookkeeper

Curaleaf NJ is seeking an Assistant Head Grower, the successful candidate will help to manage and maintain a controlled growing environment and sustain plant health as directed by the Head Grower or the Director of Cultivation. The Assistant Head Grower will also be responsible for various other duties such as data collection, analyzation of different plant strains, methods to help increase strain yield, and supervising employees.

The Marketing Manager works closely with the Product Development, Sales and Production teams to ensure brand experience is consistent across product launches, retail penetration and online presence.
The ideal candidate will possess massive project management skills, strong communication skills, a great eye for detail, and be a strategic thinker. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement marketing strategies</li>
<li>Drive high-converting traffic to Higher Standards website and store and manage web presence</li>
<li>Develop and deploy marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media, including social media, print advertising, e-mail, digital display advertising and re-targeting</li>
<li>Develop and deploy trade show and business to business marketing plans</li>
<li>Influence product development</li>
<li>Develop and deploy in-store marketing campaigns and promotional strategies</li>
<li>Support new product onboarding &amp; ensure all necessary tactics are successfully executed</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>4-6 years brand and/or relationship management experience</li>
<li>2+ years of online marketing experience</li>
<li>BA degree in Marketing, Communications and/or related field, or equivalent work experience</li>
<li>Direct experience customizing and optimizing email marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Honed skill at creating, managing and/or outsourcing compelling content</li>
<li>Creativity balanced with a passion for strategic planning, data &amp; logistics</li>
<li>Above-average written and verbal communication skills, as well as forecasting</li>
<li>Superior project &amp; budget management skills</li>
<li>Able to oversee multiple projects, tasks, and open to quickly shifting priorities</li>
<li>Able to travel as necessary</li>
<li>Willingness to learn</li>
</ul>
Preferences:
<ul>
<li>Computer literacy on Mac, Adobe Suite, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel</li>
<li>Experience with CRM</li>
<li>Analytical skills (i.e. marketing needs and current market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and the competitive landscape to inform the evolution of Higher Standards’ marketing presence)</li>
<li>Capable of managing many outside resources</li>
<li>General understanding of graphic design and printing. Packaging and printing experience is a plus</li>
<li>Marketing agency experience a plus</li>
<li>Cannabis business and/or marketing knowledge is a plus</li>

Marketing Manager

Duties include growing marijuana in a legal facility. Must have extensive knowledge of cultivating hydroponic marijuana on a commercial level. Must have knowledge of cannabis plants, plant diseases, insects, and insect control. A botany background would be useful. Candidate should have hydroponic and LED experience. Candidate must be drug free (except cannabis of course). References. Must be able to relocate if necessary.
